Thanks from Lubna

KL Tower, Little India and Central Market.

Sri Angkasa is actually related to Sri Melayu, although it had a luncheon buffet that included Continental and Chinese dishes, not just Malay cooking. Both Adeeba & Lubna agreed that the food tasted slightly better than its counterpart, which was amazingly good to start off with.
The KL skyline was fascinating from here, and "everything looks so tiny" was one of Adeeba's comment. These two girls compliments of Malaysia in general, and Kuala Lumpur in particular was matched only by their regret for having booked too short a holiday. Comments such as "Malaysia is such a beautiful country" was frequently interspersed with remarks like "We should have stayed for two weeks."
It takes more than an hour for a complete rotation of the restaurant, but it takes a fraction of that time for Jameel's personality to exude his charm and wit. I was really glad that they were present, as it made Lubna and Adeeba's visit here more memorable.
Since Lubna and Adeeba managed to extend their check-out time at Shangs till 8pm for free, we quickly made our way to Little India, where the ladies shopped for dresses and chiffon cloth. By 5pm, we were in Central Market, looking around for souvenirs and trinkets. I bought some T-shirts for Khalid & family, which I handed to Lubna for safe delivery.
We got back to Shangs by 7pm, and this was where I presented Lubna and Adeeba with their personalised beaded necklace. It was Tesy who gave me the idea  to buy the beaded necklace and she helped me create the design. Well, Tesy, they loved it! So, thanks very much for assisting me.
Even the best stories have an ending, so it was at the lobby that we parted and wished Lubna and Adeeba a safe journey home. Jameel and Azlina had invited me for dinner at their home in PJ, so I followed them back in my car. We had satay, chicken rice, and vegetable & squid rojak (don't we Malaysian ever stop eating?!?!?). I met Azlina's interesting family, which included her mum, brother, niece (? - correct me if I'm wrong) Zarinah and hubby Jason, with kids Ozzy and Coco. I also spotted two nice cats in Azlina's home, which of course, did not escape my attention.
So, Lubna, and Adeeba, I truly hope you had a great time in Malaysia. I trust my sense of direction probably added an element of adventure to my showing you around in KL. Your stay here wouldn't have been as cheerful as you exclaim it to be, if not for the company of my friends, the Wackos. So, thanks so much to Tesy, James, Julie, Parish, Jameel and Azlina.
All I can say for the rest of you Wackos who couldn't make it to such excitement and merriment, is - in the words of shameless Rizal - "Bleagh!"
