Fantasy Night

Pelitawanis, the association of women employees and wives of TNB executives, had a dinner function, and I was invited so that I could record on video the dance routine performed by the Wackos. Not all of the Wackos, some were sane people, included to ensure balance and stability. The dance was traditional Indian. Needless to say, they are captured on video, so you only get to see the photos below...
The photo below is extremely special, because just as I was composing for the shot, which was a group photo of the committee members after the dinner ended (except for Jaafar Onn, the tall chap with the hat, who is our invited guest artiste), our Executive Chairman, Datuk Tajuddin, leapt into the scene and gave a dose of his informal self, which took everyone by surprise.

After that, Datuk and his wife, Datin Amnah, joined in for a final pic.

Overall, I enjoyed myself very much that night. Pity you can't see the Wacko performers in their traditional costumes - they looked marvelous.
